【Additional Guest Fee Policy】
Cabin (2–4 guests)
■ The base occupancy for cabins is 2 guests, with up to 2 additional guests allowed.
■ Children aged 0–6 stay for free, including breakfast, welcome snack, and existing bedding only. Amenities and other unlisted items are not included.
■ Guests aged 7 and above will be charged according to the website rates, including breakfast, welcome snack, existing bedding, and amenities. Other unlisted items are not included.
Space Capsule (4 guests)
■ This room rate is for 4 guests. No refunds if the number of guests is fewer than the base occupancy.
■ One additional child aged 0–6 can stay for free, including breakfast, welcome snack, and existing bedding only. Amenities and other unlisted items are not included. Additional guests aged 7 and above are not accepted.
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Park entry time is from 14:00, check-in time is after 16:00, breakfast time is from 8:00 to 9:30, check-out time is before 11:00 the next day, and the latest departure time is 12:00.
■ Front desk service hours are from 09:00 to 21:00.
■ If the actual number of guests exceeds the reservation number, additional fees will be charged, or services may not be provided.
■ To support environmental protection, we do not provide disposable amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, paper slippers, razor, etc.). We provide: small towel, wall-mounted body wash, and shampoo.
■ All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryers, water dispensers (public facilities). Please do not bring other electrical appliances to avoid power outages.
■ In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is prohibited throughout the park (including inside and outside the wooden cabins and space capsules) except in designated smoking areas.
■ To maintain park safety, open flames or cooking outside of designated cooking and barbecue areas are prohibited.
■ The park has a designated cooking and dining area and offers free use of guest refrigerators, stoves, pots, and tableware (self-pitching tents and camper areas only provide camp spots and public facilities, and do not provide stoves, pots, or tableware). Cooking or eating in the accommodation area is prohibited. If the room is left dirty or with residual odors, a cleaning fee will be charged.
■ Waste disposal is difficult in high mountain areas, so please support waste reduction and sorting, and cherish water resources. Let's work together for sustainable tourism.
■ After 22:00, please stop games and activities in the accommodation area, speak quietly, and lower the volume. For social gatherings, tea drinking, drinking, or chatting, please move to the scenic restaurant.
■ To maintain the tranquility of the high mountain environment and ensure the quality of guest accommodation experiences, the use of high-volume audiovisual equipment such as karaoke is prohibited in the park. Guests booking the entire venue must adhere to the activity time and volume limits.
■ Non-resident guests must make a reservation in advance and pay the park entry parking fee and cleaning fee. Parking fee: NT$100 per car, NT$50 per motorcycle. Cleaning fee: NT$200 per person. Children 0-6 years old are free of charge. Please leave the park before 21:00. (There is a convenient free public parking lot at Hulu Bay next to the park. Visitors are encouraged to park there).
■ Camper van and wooden cabin areas allow pets (one pet per room; for the 2nd or 3rd pet, please book directly with the accommodation and pay the price difference on-site). Pets are not allowed in the space capsules. A cleaning fee of NT$1200 will be charged for violations.
【Rules for Bringing Cats and Dogs】
■ Cats and dogs weighing under 23kg are only allowed in the [Wooden Cabins]. Only one pet can be added to the reservation through the platform. For 2-3 pets, please contact the accommodation by phone to add them after booking.
■ The room includes one bag of pet supplies: 3 pee pads, 1 blanket, 1 pack of wet wipes, 1 pet bowl, and poop bags (the number of supplies will be increased according to the number of pets).
■ Pet owners need to prepare: pet food, leash, stroller or carrier, water dispenser, courtesy bags or diapers, a simple litter box, personal items the pet is accustomed to, and a muzzle (to prevent accidental biting or barking at night, only use if necessary).
■ When entering or leaving the room, please ensure that your pet is on a leash or in a pet stroller, carrier, or harness. The park is not responsible for any lost or injured pets.
■ Pets are not allowed on the bed, and do not blow-dry or groom pets in the room. Pets should not relieve themselves in the room. If they do not have a designated area for this, male pets should use a courtesy bag, and female pets should use a diaper to maintain room cleanliness.
■ Do not leave pets alone in the room without supervision to prevent accidents.
■ When dining, pets must be in a carrier or stroller and off the ground, and they should dine in the designated area of the restaurant.
■ When pets stay in the wooden cabins, guests must sign the [Pet Accommodation Agreement] and pay a cash deposit of NT$1000 per room at check-in. (The deposit will be refunded if the pet complies with the Pet Accommodation Agreement. Pet behavior is the owner's responsibility. If the pet causes damage or dirt in the room, the owner will bear the cost of subsequent repairs and restoration.)
