╴ The trial diving program is limited to participants aged 12 to 49, with a BMI of 29.99 or less, who are not pregnant, and are in good health with no major medical conditions.

[Registration Instructions]

╴ To register for the dive, you must first download and complete the "Trial Diving Registration Form." Each person must complete one copy.
╴ To save time, we recommend printing and filling out the form in advance and submitting it to the staff on the day of check-in.
╴ If you have any medical conditions checked on the registration form, you must inform us in advance and provide a doctor's diagnosis. Submit this form on the day of check-in.
╴ Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the day of your dive, and avoid excessive drinking the night before.
╴ Please do not fly within 24 hours of your dive. Please schedule your return flight for at least the next day.
╴ The day of your dive may be affected by typhoons or poor sea conditions, making it impossible to complete your trip or requiring a change of venue. In the event of a change of venue, there will be no refunds. Please understand this before making your reservation.
╴ If your flight is unable to depart due to typhoons or weather conditions, or if the company cancels the activity (cancellation) due to poor sea conditions on the day of your dive, a refund will be issued.
╴ After the Okinawa Blue Cave beginner's dive experience, there are simple rinse facilities available at the port for guests to rinse off.
╴ Upon check-in, you'll be greeted by a Chinese-speaking staff member. They'll initially provide Chinese instruction, equipment introductions, diving tips, and hand signals. A Japanese-speaking instructor will lead the dive.

╴ For those who want to take extensive photos and video, renting an underwater camera is highly recommended. (Our professional instructors will also assist with filming and videography after the rental camera is in the water.) Our underwater camera, at high-quality settings, can capture over 500 photos and record action videos for nearly an hour. After the dive, you can upload your photos and videos directly to your phone and share them on social media the same day!

╴ Please complete and print this form in advance. Each person is required to complete one.
╴ If you have any medical conditions checked under [Health Checkup] on the registration form, or have recently undergone surgery, please inform us in advance and provide a doctor's certificate. This form must be submitted on the day of check-in. ╴ Without a doctor's certificate, you will not be able to participate in the diving activities on that day.
╴ Minors must have a guardian's signature on the registration form.

What to bring on the day of the activity:
Please bring your own swimsuit/towel/another set of clean clothes/a trial diving registration form (one per person).
╴ After the activity, simple rinse facilities will be available at the port.
╴ If you have nearsightedness, please bring your own contact lenses. We also have prescription masks (please request in advance; contact lenses with special prescriptions must be fitted by yourself).
╴ The tour will proceed even if it rains.
