. This activity has no specific age restrictions. SUP is one person per board, and canoeing is two people per boat
. This activity restricts children under 10 years old. Both SUP and canoeing require an adult to board and paddle.
. Daytime departures must coincide with sunrise (tentatively scheduled for 05:30). The actual check-in time will be announced before the activity. Please pay attention to phone calls or messages after registration.
. Those with heart conditions, asthma, fear of heights, high blood pressure, pregnant women, or other medical conditions that may make them unsuitable for outdoor activities should not register. Please ensure that you are physically and mentally fit for the activity. Any disclosure will be your sole responsibility.
. This activity is pet-friendly. You can bring your pets along for free. However, please ensure your pet is water-resistant. You can bring your own or use the free life jackets provided on-site. If necessary, please specify the number of pets you will be bringing when booking.

. Please arrive at the event site in advance to change into new clothing to avoid affecting your scheduled time!
. This activity primarily operates within the rocky waters of Sun Moon Lake. Please follow the instructor's instructions and stay within safe waters.
. This activity does not involve an instructor, so photography is not provided. We recommend bringing your own waterproof phone bag and taking your own photos. Phone waterproof bags are also available for loan on-site.
. Lockers and hot water restrooms are available on site for participants to change and wash. Restrooms are included with the SUP experience. The canoeing experience is optional.
The itinerary is based on the team's arrangements, and the instructor reserves the right to modify the activity content based on actual circumstances.
The instructor will assist in taking photos of the activity and make them available for download online. The instructor reserves the right to use these photos for publication on websites, social media platforms, and advertising. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to upload these photos; otherwise, your consent to their publication will be deemed.
The instructor will prioritize ensuring your trip's safety and ensuring it goes smoothly as scheduled. However, since SUP is a water-based activity, the activity will proceed in the event of rain. If everyone is in the water after the activity begins and the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, no refunds will be given.
In the event of force majeure such as typhoons, heavy rain or thunderstorms (based on information released by the Human Resources Administration Bureau or the Meteorological Bureau), if the instructor determines that the tour cannot be carried out, the activity may be postponed or cancelled and a refund will be given.

Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 4-7 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 1-3 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Getting There
The meeting point is located on the right side of the Sun Moon Lake cable car station. You'll see the Rainbow Trail next to it!

Due to limited parking spaces, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. If parking is full, you can use the Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Station parking lot at your own expense.
