Important Notes
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Pets are not allowed in the entire park
■ In compliance with the Smoking Harm Control Law, this park is completely smoke-free. Passengers who smoke in non-smoking areas may be fined up to NT$10,000.
■ If guests are found smoking in the park, guest rooms, tents, or campers, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged. (If the equipment is damaged, in addition to the cleaning fee, compensation must be based on the price)
■ Please do not cook in the tent.
■ Bicycling is prohibited on the estate.
■ The plants in the manor are mainly for ornamental purposes. Please do not pick or trample the flower beds at will.
■ Parents please pay attention to children's safety and avoid climbing and colliding with rocks, trees, and artwork to avoid danger.
■ Please do not go to unopened areas without authorization to avoid danger. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for it.
■ Cherish water resources, reduce the amount of garbage and classify it correctly. It is your shared responsibility to care for the earth.
■ Please abide by the above relevant regulations on the day of check-in. If there is any damage to the park or the items in the room, you must compensate or purchase them according to the price.
■ If the room is left in a mess and smell remains, a cleaning fee of NT$1,000 will be charged.
■ After 22:00 in the evening, games and activities will be stopped in the accommodation area. Make sure to speak softly and lower your volume, and don’t make loud noises to disturb your friends’ rest. If you need to socialize, interact, make tea, drink or chat, please move to the outdoor seating area of the restaurant to continue.
■ After 22:00 in the evening, the manor lighting will be partially turned off. Please pay attention to safety during night movements.
■ Visitors to the manor need to purchase additional tickets to enter the park. Please check in according to the number of people booked in the room type. If there are more people, additional people will be charged.
■ If you bring your own drinks, there will be a corkage fee of NT$500/bottle for red and white wine/champagne/whiskey, and a cleaning fee of NT$500/bottle for your own beer. You are welcome to purchase the drinks provided by Shuihesong.
■ If the facilities inside or outside the room or the rental goods are damaged or have stains that cannot be cleaned, you must pay a cleaning fee or compensate for the original price.
★If the check-in time is after 3 pm on the scheduled day, the check-out time is before 11 noon the next day. A fee of NT$1,000 will be charged for each hour of late check-out.
★Afternoon tea dining period: 14:00-16:30 (last admission time is 16:00)
★Dinner dining time: 17:30-20:00 (last entry time 19:00)
★Vibrant Forest Breakfast Set/Buffet Period: 7:30-10:00 (Last admission time 09:10)
★★For breakfast, please make a reservation with the restaurant staff during afternoon tea
★DIY course time: 16:30 on the day of check-in (no waiting after the time limit)
★If the weather conditions are not good, the event will be moved indoors or replaced.
★The opening hours of the infinity paddling pool are subject to the announcement on the official website.
[Explanation of additional person fees]
■ Crib: NT$800. (If necessary, please inform the hotel in advance in the notes on the order or by calling the hotel)
■ Free for children aged 3 and under (inclusive), meals and supplies not included.
■ The fee is NT$1,000/person for 4-6 years old (inclusive), including children’s breakfast + DIY essential oil crafting course.
■ Age 7-12 (inclusive) costs NT$3,000/person, including one hotel room, three meals and DIY essential oil crafting course.
■ The fee for 13 years old and above is NT$4,000/person, including one hotel, three meals and DIY essential oil crafting course.
