[Difficulty: Suburban Hiking] This 10-kilometer hike takes 8 hours and is suitable for those with experience in long-distance hiking.

The Hengchun Peninsula's mountains and forests are steeped in the history of ancient hunting and military warfare. Through the 2021 Taiwanese historical masterpiece "Scarlo," Taiwanese viewers are eager to immerse themselves in the story and recreate the historical landscape. Local professional guides will lead you step by step through the history of the Hengchun Peninsula, including the locations of historical events depicted in "Scarlo," the tribes visited by historical figures, and even some of the filming locations for the series! The route begins in Hengchun's Chiniu Ridge, along Longluan Mountain, through the Shiniu Creek, past Dajian Mountain, and on to Kenting Main Street. The trail offers diverse and beautiful views of plains, coastlines, settlements, grasslands, and mountains, allowing you to delve into the history of "Scarlo"!

Travel Notes

The Hengchun Stories of Scarlett Walk is approximately 10 kilometers long and takes approximately 8 hours. Please consider your physical fitness level and recommend those with regular exercise and long-distance hiking experience.

Due to individual participants' varying speeds and fitness levels, the tour may end early or late. The estimated arrival time in Hengchun is not a definitive time and is provided for reference only.

To protect the mountain environment, picnicking is prohibited. Please bring your own trash home and do not litter.

The sequence or parts of the tour may be adjusted based on weather conditions, the availability of other participants, or special circumstances.

Please arrive on time. Latecomers or no-shows will be canceled without refund.

If any incidents occur during the tour, please inform the tour guide immediately. If you are not in good health, please assess your condition before registering.
- Please ensure you are in good health before registering. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy-related illnesses are not suitable for this experience and should refrain from registering.
- Activity: If the group cannot be formed due to insufficient registrations, we will notify you prior to the trip and offer rescheduling or a full refund.

The tour fee does not include lunch (please bring your own lunch and food) and other expenses not listed in the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund; however, if the group has already been registered and the booking process is in progress, a 10% handling fee will be deducted.

Cancellations made 13-30 days before the start of the trip (including the 30th day) will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 6-12 days before the start of the trip (including the 12th day) will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 5 days prior to the start of the trip (including the 5th day) will incur a 100% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the tour are non-refundable.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made after deducting a $50 per person handling fee. Alternatively, the participant can reschedule the event to a later date without any deduction.

If the event is cancelled during the tour due to force majeure (e.g., road closures, or other emergencies), no refund will be given.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If the participant cancels the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

Cancel 14 days before the booking date and receive a full refund.

Cancel 10-13 days before the booking date and receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made 7-9 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days before the scheduled date will receive a 40% refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will receive a 30% refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will receive a 20% refund.

Cancellations made on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
