Travel Notes

- Ticket Validity: Until December 31, 2023
- E-Ticket: 3-5 days after ordering, the e-ticket will be sent to your designated address via SMS and email.
- Physical Ticket: 7-10 days after ordering, the physical ticket will be mailed to your designated address.

- Zhongjiaowan SUP Experience (2-hour session) x1: Please reserve at least three days in advance. Redeem on-site with your serial number.
- Zhongjiaowan Visitor Center Restaurant (redeemable with your serial number) x1 NT$200 dining voucher.
- Jinshan Old Street Souvenir: Choose one of three options: Redeem your serial number for a gift worth NT$200 at one of three establishments. No change or cash refunds are accepted. Any excess will be charged on-site.

The cost includes:

- 1 2-hour SUP experience at Zhongjiao Bay (redeemable with serial number, reservation required)
- 1 NT$200 dining voucher at the Zhongjiao Bay Visitor Center restaurant (redeemable with serial number)
- 1 of three Jinshan souvenirs from the Crown Coast Tour (redeemable with serial number)

Cancellation Clauses

1. Physical/Electronic Ticket Packages: Once used or damaged, the package and card will not be returned or refunded.

2. Physical/Electronic Ticket Packages are bearer-only. Lost tickets cannot be reported lost or replaced with attraction tickets.

3. Physical tickets are unused, appear to be in good condition, and are fully packaged. No refunds will be given if the card is damaged or cannot be returned.

4. Returns and refunds for physical tickets are subject to receipt by Quba Travel Agency before December 31, 2023.

5. If your e-ticket has not been used, please email a screenshot of the serial number to [email protected] with the subject line: "Crown Coast Tour Package Refund Request." This email must be received by TripBaa Travel Agency before December 31, 2023.

6. This package is valid until December 31, 2023. Refunds will not be accepted starting January 1, 2024.
