Travel Notes

- Ticket Validity: Until December 31, 2023
- E-Ticket: 3-5 days after ordering, the e-ticket will be sent to your SMS and email.
- Physical Ticket: 7-10 days after ordering, the physical ticket will be mailed to your designated address.

- Taipei and New Taipei Fun Card | One-Day Transportation Pass (Valid only on activation day, not valid the following day)
- Taipei and New Taipei Fun Card holders receive unlimited travel on Taiwan Fun Travel's Coastal Qilin Line, Taipei and New Taipei City buses, and the Taipei Metro.
- Heping Island Park admission ticket includes direct admission.
- Lepin Xitang Redemption Code: Redeemable for merchandise worth NT$300 or more in-store. Cash, change, or cash difference cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation Clauses

1. Physical/Electronic Ticket Packages: Once used or damaged, the package and card will not be returned or refunded.

2. Physical/Electronic Ticket Packages are bearer-only. Lost tickets cannot be reported lost or replaced with attraction tickets.

3. Physical tickets are unused, appear to be in good condition, and are fully packaged. No refunds will be given if the card is damaged or cannot be returned.

4. Returns and refunds for physical tickets are subject to receipt by Quba Travel Agency before December 31, 2023.

5. If your e-ticket has not been used, please email a screenshot of the serial number to [email protected] with the subject line: "Crown Coast Tour Package Refund Request." This email must be received by TripBaa Travel Agency before December 31, 2023.

6. This package is valid until December 31, 2023. Refunds will not be accepted starting January 1, 2024.
