Mr. Zhang Xiesheng, the owner of Caiji Food, was inspired by his father's memory and his unique passion for Keelung's fishing port. In pursuit of the flavors he cherished, he ventured back into the food processing industry in his middle age. Incorporating local Keelung elements and the Cai family's craftsmanship, passed down through three generations of his wife's family, and through continuous research and experimentation, he founded Caiji Food in 2007, sharing his love and care with everyone.
