Yehliu Geopark, also known as Yehliu Scenic Area, is a scenic area located in Yehliu Village, Wanli District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, within the North Coast and Guanyinshan National Scenic Areas. Its natural geological landscapes have made it a renowned tourist attraction on Taiwan's North Coast and a favorite destination for international tourists. The Yehliu area is a cape where the Datun Mountain Range extends into the East China Sea. The local landscape has been shaped by orogeny, weathering, and sea erosion, resulting in unique formations such as the "Queen's Head," "Fairy's Shoe," "Mushroom Rock," "Candlestick Rock," "Ginger Rock," and "Single-Sided Mountain."

Heping Island is located at the northern end of Keelung Harbor, east of the harbor, and is now a land-connected island with the main island of Taiwan. Due to the constant northeast monsoon and erosion from the waves, Heping Island's unique natural landscape is a result. Furthermore, the island's subsidence coastline has resulted in numerous unusual rock formations. Due to this unique landscape, the government has designated Heping Island Coastal Park. It comprises three main areas: a swimming pool, a rock formation area, and a visitor information center. Heping Island Park minimizes damage to nature with minimal artificial structures, fostering this beautiful natural treasure with a commitment to preserving the natural ecosystem. It serves as a scenic natural classroom and a uniquely beautiful coastal secret in northern Taiwan.
