Travel Notes

- Ticket Validity: Until December 31, 2023
- E-Ticket: Your e-ticket will be sent to your SMS and email 3-5 days after ordering.
- Physical Ticket: Your physical ticket will be mailed to your designated address 7-10 days after ordering.

- Please present your ticket code to the Kazi Popcorn Factory entrance ticket office to redeem your ticket and the exclusive White Rotten Cat electric scooter.
- Youxiang Farm Family Set Meal: Please present your ticket code to redeem your children's meal and a Youxiang Root Healthy Hot Pot (or a meal of equivalent value) at Youxiang Farm.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- 2 Kazi Popcorn Factory admission tickets (includes a guided tour, a DIY workshop, and a NT$50 coupon)
- 2-hour Kazi exclusive White Rotten Cat electric scooter ride
- Dorothy Pomelo Farm family meal (one adult and one child, redeemable with package number)

Cancellation Clauses

1. Physical/Electronic Ticket Packages: Once used or damaged, the package and card will not be returned or refunded.

2. Physical/Electronic Ticket Packages are bearer-only. Lost tickets cannot be reported lost or replaced with attraction tickets.

3. Physical tickets are unused, appear to be in good condition, and are fully packaged. No refunds will be given if the card is damaged or cannot be returned.

4. Returns and refunds for physical tickets are subject to receipt by Quba Travel Agency before December 31, 2023.

5. If your e-ticket has not been used, please email a screenshot of the serial number to [email protected] with the subject line: "Crown Coast Tour Package Refund Request." This email must be received by TripBaa Travel Agency before December 31, 2023.

6. This package is valid until December 31, 2023. Refunds will not be accepted starting January 1, 2024.
