1. Item Description:
Delivery is random based on seasonal fruit and vegetable combinations.
2. Recommended Shelf Life:
- Leafy vegetables: Refrigerate for 3-4 days
- Root vegetables: Refrigerate for 5-7 days
- Mushrooms: Refrigerate for 7 days
3. Delivery Area: Please do not place an order if the delivery location is outside the specified delivery area.
Already placed an order for a delivery location outside the specified delivery area and the order will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Orders placed before 24:00 every Sunday will be delivered on the following Wednesday or Thursday
5. By placing an order, consumers agree to contactless delivery. Contactless delivery means that the freight driver will place the goods at the guardhouse or call the customer to pick up the goods at the first floor door within the specified time (no delivery to the building and no contact with the customer)
6. If the delivery cannot be made after contacting the recipient for more than three times, it is considered a delivery failure.
After a delivery failure, only one re-delivery will be made. If the re-delivery fails, the goods will be collected and no refund will be given.
7. According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, fresh food is not subject to the 7-day unconditional return policy. 8. If you find any problems with the product you received, please contact customer service within 24 hours for follow-up processing.
