Travel Notes
1. This package is valid from now until March 31, 2021.
2. This package includes a one-day ticket for the Shishan Line, valid for unlimited travel on the Taiwan Travel Shishan Line.
3. This card is a valid ticket. Please keep it safe. If lost or damaged, no replacement will be issued.
4. This coupon is valid only within the valid period and is not refundable or exchangeable after issuance. Please present this card when using the ticket. It is a card-only service, not a personal one. Please keep it safe.
5. This ticket allows you to board and disembark directly on public transportation, and you can also add value to your fares. The ticket can be re-used. For information on bus schedules and other related information, please refer to the official Taiwan Travel Shishan Line website.

Cancellation Clauses
All tickets purchased on this platform are refundable. However, refunds are not accepted for tickets issued within one month of the coupon period, tickets that have expired, or tickets purchased and shipped from our company more than three months ago.
A NT$100 handling fee will be charged for each refund (covering remittance, cash flow, and personnel costs). Return shipping costs will also be charged to the purchaser. Refunds will be made to the purchaser's account. Please provide a copy of the purchaser's bankbook.
Please note that paper tickets cannot be returned if they are damaged or soiled.

Return Process:
Contact our online customer service and inform us of the order number you wish to return.
Customer service will email you a discount slip.
Print it, sign it, and mail it along with your invoice and coupon to our office (12F, No. 197, Section 4, Nanjing East Road, Songshan District, Taipei City 105).
