- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be punctual. We will not be responsible for late arrivals.

- If a traveler leaves the group midway due to personal reasons, it will be considered a forfeit and no refund will be given.

- Sometimes, due to closures or time restrictions at various facilities, we may arrive at the next attraction earlier or end the tour earlier. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- Sometimes, traffic jams or inclement weather may cause itinerary adjustments. Please be aware of this.

- Sometimes, this tour may have to be cancelled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, please check with us to confirm departure status.

- The time spent visiting each attraction depends on traffic conditions and the number of participants on the day.

- If you are late due to traffic reasons and cannot participate in the tour, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation by the guest. No refund will be given.

- During Spring Festival holidays, holidays, or the Lunar New Year, there may be traffic congestion, causing the scheduled end time of the tour to be later than usual. Furthermore, if the return time is delayed due to other unavoidable reasons, requiring tourists to take taxis or stay overnight, the company regrets that it cannot bear the costs. (※Prices may vary during the New Year's special period from January 1st to January 3rd, 2025)

－ This tour departs daily from November 30th, 2024 to March 9th, 2025. A minimum of 10 people is required for a group tour.

－ Skiing/snow play clothing and equipment cannot be booked in advance and must be rented on-site.

－ Closed on the following date: January 6th, 2024 (Arima Onsen Taiko Hot Spring Closed).

－ In the event of facility closure due to force majeure after the start of the tour, a partial refund will be issued. Because the admission fees for facilities included in the tour price differ from the listed prices of the facilities, we cannot provide a refund based on the listed prices.
