[Registration Instructions]
- The minimum tour size is 8 people.
- The bus type will be determined by the number of people booked on the day. Whether small or large, each bus will be accompanied by a professional tour guide.
- To ensure the tour starts on time, please gather and depart on time. Late departures will not be notified, and no refunds or changes will be made. Thank you for your understanding.
- According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours per day. The tour guide may flexibly adjust the stop time at each attraction based on the actual situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Passengers arriving or departing on the same day will not be able to join the tour. Please note.
- Each adult may bring one child under 2 years old who does not occupy a seat free of charge (please note this when booking).
- Child seats are not provided on this tour. Thank you for your understanding.
- This tour has unreserved seating. Please select your seat upon boarding and keep it throughout the tour. If you require a front row seat, please board early to facilitate your selection.
- To maintain order and safety, this tour does not accept mid-trip departures. If a passenger leaves the tour on their own, it will be deemed as a forfeiture of the subsequent itinerary and no refund will be given. The passenger will be responsible for all subsequent arrangements and risks.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or traffic conditions. Please be patient and cooperate with the tour guide's arrangements.

[Price Information]
- Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Notes" section when booking. Please understand that if you need to add luggage at the last minute, we may not be able to accommodate it due to limited space in the vehicle.
- Each adult may bring one child under 2 years old free of charge, as long as the child does not occupy a seat. Please indicate this in the "Notes" section when booking.
- There will be no refunds for overstaying the tour or for passengers who leave the tour on their own.
- For a safe trip, we recommend that passengers purchase their own overseas travel insurance.
- The tour price does not include Kyushu Zoo admission and Jungle Bus tickets.

Admission: 2,600 yen for adults, 1,500 yen for junior high school students and younger.

(The tour guide will collect and purchase the tickets on the day of the tour.)

[Other Notices]
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. Please observe this rule.
- Please remove your trash from the bus and keep it clean.
- Please take care of your personal belongings and double-check before leaving the bus to ensure you have not left anything behind.
- After the tour is confirmed, the system will send the departure voucher via email (at least 7 days before departure). If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for assistance.
- A reminder will be sent via email one day before departure. Please check your email carefully! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest version.
- The tour guide will not add your contact information in advance. If necessary, you can exchange contact information with the tour guide on the day of departure.
