[Registration Instructions]
- The minimum tour size is 4 people.
- The bus type will be determined by the number of people booked on the day. Whether small or large, each bus will be accompanied by a professional guide.
- To ensure the tour starts on time, please gather and depart on time. Late departures will not be notified, and no refunds or changes will be made. Thank you for your understanding.
- According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle cannot be used for more than 10 hours per day. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the duration of each attraction based on the actual situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Seasonal tours are significantly affected by the weather, and the blooming or foliage may not be in good condition. We cannot guarantee the best viewing time. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any unsatisfactory blooming or foliage conditions.
*During the year-end and New Year holidays (December 27th to January 4th), the scheduled tour to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine will be suspended due to heavy traffic and crowds. The tour will be rescheduled to Umijigoku and Yufuin to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Please be advised!
- Passengers arriving or departing on the same day will not be able to join the tour.
- Each adult may bring one child under 2 years old, who does not occupy a seat, free of charge (please indicate this when booking).
- Child seats are not provided on this tour. Please note that this is a non-reserved seating tour. Please select your seat upon boarding and keep it throughout the tour. If you require a front row seat, please board early to ensure your seat is selected.
- To maintain order and safety, this tour does not accept departures midway. Departing on your own will be deemed as forfeiting the subsequent itinerary, and no refund will be given. The passenger will be responsible for any subsequent arrangements and risks.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or traffic conditions. Please be patient and cooperate with the tour guide.

[Price Information]
- Each person is allowed one piece of luggage free of charge. Please indicate this in the "Notes" field when booking. We appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to accommodate additional luggage at the last minute due to limited space on the bus.
- Each adult may bring one child under 2 years old free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. Please indicate this in the "Notes" field when booking.
- No refunds will be given for overdue departures or if the passenger wishes to leave the tour.
- For a safe trip, we recommend that passengers purchase their own overseas travel insurance.

[Other Information]
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. Please observe this.
- Please remove all trash from the bus and keep it tidy.
- Please take care of your personal belongings and double-check before leaving the bus to ensure you have left them behind.
