Want to try SUP (Stand Up Paddling) but worried about the rough waves and difficulty maintaining your footing? Tainan's Zengwen River is the perfect place for you! Its calm, stable waters make it a popular choice for beginners seeking their first successful SUP paddling experience. From boarding and paddling techniques to paddling techniques, patient instructors will provide on-site instruction and guidance, allowing even those with no prior experience to experience the freedom and joy of SUP.

The Zengwen River SUP experience offers a variety of time options, from sunrise to midday lush greenery, to the golden waters of sunset, allowing you to experience a completely different and surprising scenery along the river. Paddling leisurely along the lush greenery and bridge-lit riverbanks is more than just exercise; it's a soothing journey on the water.

Stand on a SUP board, detach from the hustle and bustle of the city, connect with nature, and savor a moment of peace and tranquility at your own pace.

Travel Notes

[Registration Instructions]
． Please wear a buoyancy vest at all times. Non-swimmers are welcome to participate.
． This activity is suitable for ages 3 and up. Children aged 3-10 (inclusive) must share a board with an adult. For all other activities, the maximum weight per board is 120 kg per person.
． The sunrise and sunset sessions will be adjusted according to the season (the sunrise session is tentatively scheduled for 5:00 AM and the sunset session is tentatively scheduled for 4:00 PM). Please be aware of the actual times announced by the event organizer. Please pay attention to phone or text notifications.
． Those with heart conditions, asthma, high blood pressure, pregnant women, or other medical conditions should ensure that their mental, physical, and fitness levels are met. Any disclosure will be at your own risk.
． If the activity is canceled before or upon arrival due to unavoidable weather conditions (strong winds and waves are considered weather-related) or national policies, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 per person.

The instructor will make every effort to ensure your trip is safe and on schedule. However, SUP is a water activity, so if it rains, the activity may proceed as planned. If everyone is already in the water and the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, no refund will be given.

[Activity Reminder]

After registration is confirmed, the instructor will contact you with the detailed meeting location. Please pay attention to this phone call or message.

Attire Recommendations: Lightweight, quick-drying clothing or swimwear, sandals, or flip-flops. Please bring a change of clothes for when you arrive ashore.

If you wear glasses or sunglasses, please be sure to attach a lanyard. Contact lenses are also recommended.

Please bring your own sunscreen and drinking water. You may bring breakfast/snacks to enjoy on the water.

After the activity, a changing tent and bottled water will be provided on site for a quick rinse.

[Pet Notice]

This activity is pet-friendly. You can bring your pets along for free. It is recommended that your pets have swimming experience, are not afraid of water, and are not prone to scratching (as they may fall into the water). Their nails should be trimmed to avoid scratching the equipment.

If you are traveling with a pet, please bring your own buoyancy vest and leash. Please select the number of pets you will be traveling with when booking to facilitate arrangements.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made within 2 days prior to the start of the trip (including the day of the trip) will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
