Once your application is approved, this trip is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Rescheduling will also be considered a cancellation.
If you require a replacement, please submit your request at least 7 days in advance.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. You may choose to reschedule or receive a refund after deducting necessary expenses.
If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
