This website provides passport and visa agency services. The approval or rejection of passport and visa applications is entirely the responsibility of the Consular Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the respective visa offices. This service is not guaranteed by our company. Passengers whose passport or visa applications are rejected due to personal reasons cannot request any claims or compensation from our website.

**Passports must be chip-based and include the national ID number.

--The barcode at the bottom of the inner page must be intact, and the file must be legible before uploading to the system.
Application Process:
1. The application process begins the day after all documents are received.
2. The processing time does not include the submission date and the time it takes to mail the documents back to the passenger (approximately 4 business days, excluding holidays).
3. Upon completion, the document will be delivered electronically. Please print it out and submit it for inspection at customs.
4. In case of special circumstances, the service staff will contact you.

※Reminder: Apply for ESTA no later than 72 hours before departure for the United States. Real-time approval will no longer be provided. Arriving at the airport without a previously approved ESTA may result in denied boarding!

★ After ESTA issuance, please be sure to change your valid email address in the ESTA system. This email address is used to notify applicants of changes to their ESTA status. If you do not change your email address, you will not receive notifications of changes to your ESTA application status (e.g., cancellation of your travel permit).
★The United States implemented new regulations for the Visa Waiver Program on January 21, 2016.
1. The following categories of travelers will no longer be eligible to travel to or enter the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
1. Citizens of Visa Waiver Program members who have traveled to or remained in any of the following eight countries on or after March 1, 2011 (excluding travel to these eight countries for diplomatic or military purposes for Visa Waiver Program members).
2. Citizens of Visa Waiver Program participants who are also citizens of Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Sudan, or Libya (these travelers can still apply for a U.S. visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate through the normal visa process).
Second, travelers who have previously declared dual citizenship on their Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) application form, with one of their nationalities being Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, or Yemen, will have their ESTA authorization automatically expired starting January 21, 2016, even if they currently hold a valid ESTA.
1. Before traveling to the United States, travelers holding an ESTA should check the status of their ESTA authorization on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website. The ESTA application inquiry website is https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/
2. Information provided cannot be modified once logged in; any changes will be treated as a new application.
3. The validity period of an ESTA is usually two years, or if your passport is less than two years old (until your passport expires), the ESTA will provide the validity date of the ESTA when the application is approved. You can enter and exit the United States multiple times during the validity period. However, if the following situations occur, you must reapply for an ESTA:
(1) The traveler renews his passport
(2) Changes his name
(3) Changes his gender
(4) Changes his nationality
(5) The answer given in the previous ESTA application is no longer correct
● Children and infants must apply for an ESTA permit
● The email address must be correct. If the visa is suspended or the status is changed in the future, the US government will notify you by email.
● Visa-free treatment does not mean that Chinese citizens can automatically be allowed to enter the United States. They still need to meet the US entry regulations and obtain approval from the US Customs and Border Protection officer upon arrival in the United States before they can enter the United States.
● Whether or not a government allows foreigners to enter the country is a matter of national sovereignty. Therefore, immigration officers at the border have the right to deny entry to foreigners holding valid visas or enjoying visa-free status.
● Chinese citizens planning to travel to the United States visa-free are reminded to carefully review relevant regulations and plan their itinerary before departure. They should bring with them a passport or other travel document valid for at least six months, return or onward air tickets, and supporting documentation related to their travel destination, such as proof of financial resources, letters from businesses or sponsors, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries, for inspection by US immigration officers. When questioned, provide accurate and detailed information and be courteous and calm.

●If the applicant's personal identification documents, other required documents, and application forms for a passport or visa application are not submitted or fully documented, resulting in the government agency requesting corrections, the applicant will be responsible for any shipping costs or processing delays incurred.
●If the applicant's personal identification documents, other required documents, or application forms mentioned in the preceding paragraph require corrections, the processing time will be recalculated from the day after the applicant's corrections are made.
● If the applicant's passport or visa application does not meet the requirements of the receiving government agency, our company reserves the right to return the order and the applicant will not be entitled to any claims.
● The processing time for passport or visa applications is calculated from the day after our company actually receives the documents. Processing days are based on business days and do not include holidays in the country of origin or the country of issuance.
● If the identification documents or application forms submitted by the applicant are forged, altered, or otherwise inaccurate, the applicant will bear the relevant legal liability and will be liable for any damages incurred by our company.
● After the passport or visa application is processed, the applicant or passenger must bring the original identification document (such as ID card, driver's license, etc.) to our company for identity verification to collect the passport or visa in person. If a proxy is selected to collect the application, the authorized representative must present the original ID card and a power of attorney, etc., as well as other supporting documents.
● To protect travelers' privacy, visa offices worldwide must contact or call the visa office in person to inquire about the reason for the rejection. Our company cannot provide information on or provide reasons for rejection.
● To comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China, if you are applying for a visa on behalf of another traveler, you must have obtained the applicant's consent and authorization for our company to process and use the traveler's personal data for the specific purpose of processing the document. We will provide the traveler's personal data to the processing authority in a proper, secure, and legal manner, in good faith and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. We will not disclose your personal data to unrelated third parties without your consent or unless required by law to ensure that your personal data is not leaked and could harm your rights.
● If visa offices worldwide increase visa processing fees due to exchange rate fluctuations or other reasons, our company reserves the right to adjust these fees.
● We are not responsible for losses arising from force majeure events such as weather, strikes, typhoons, political strife, fires not attributable to the carrier, or enforcement of laws or public authority, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
● This website only provides passport and visa processing services for nationals of the United States and does not offer services to foreign travelers.
● Any amendments to this service agreement will be announced on our website without further written notice.
