However, if the weather on the day of departure or after departure deteriorates and the leader and mountain guide deem it a hazard to the safety of the group, the tour may be canceled. Furthermore, the above schedule, climbing time, route, and estimated arrival time are subject to significant change due to weather conditions and the number of climbers.
7. This tour will include Japanese guests from other groups. Only guests participating in this tour will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide. In addition to the English-speaking guide accompanying the entire tour, a professional mountain guide (who speaks only Japanese) will accompany the group from the Fifth Station to the summit.
8. This tour offers mountaineering equipment rentals to accommodate foreign travelers or those without equipment. Rental equipment can be picked up in Shinjuku or at the Mount Fuji Fifth Station and returned at the Mount Fuji Fifth Station.
9. For safety reasons, the company is required to prepare a climber roster. Please fill in the names, emergency contact numbers, and addresses of all participants on the day of the trip.
10. Guests who, due to personal reasons, cannot stay at the Toyokan and instead stay at another mountain lodge on the day of the trip, will be responsible for all accommodation expenses.
