・This tour requires a minimum of 4 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of the tour cancellation in advance via email.
・This tour does not include a tour guide; instead, a sightseeing guide will be provided on the bus.
・Meals may be adjusted based on availability on the day.
・We do not accept takeout of meals served on board.
・Outside food is prohibited.
・There is no storage space for large luggage on board, so please keep your valuables to yourself.
・If seats are full, you may share a table with other passengers. Please understand.
・Seating arrangements may be adjusted depending on the number of participants. Please understand.
・Please always wear your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
・If you have any questions regarding the onboard equipment, please ask the onboard staff.
・If the tour needs to be cancelled due to vehicle breakdown or other reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible.

A In normal rainy conditions, the bus will continue operating with the roof closed.
In severe weather, the bus may be suspended.

A Restroom is available on the first floor of the bus. During breaks, staff will direct you there.

A Electrical outlets are located under each table, and modern Japanese-style buses have USB charging ports.

If a passenger cancels their reservation between 3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of their trip, no refund will be given.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refunds will be given.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify the applicant of postponements or refunds.
