13:20 Departs from the sightseeing bus stop in front of Kyoto Hachijoguchi Station

13:50-15:00 Arashiyama (approximately 70 minutes, free at leisure)

16:30-19:30 Kyoto Gassho Village - Miyama Thatched Village Snow Lantern Gallery (approximately 180 minutes, free time)

21:00 Check in to Hoshino Hotel OMO3 Kyoto Toji or other similar hotels (breakfast included)

11:20-14:20 Amanohashidate Observation Deck, one of Japan's Three Most Scenic Spots (approximately 3 hours, including lunch break, at your own expense)

15:00-16:30 Ine Funaya - "The Venice of Japan" "Kyoto's Last Secret Spot" (approximately 1.5 hours, walk, bike, or take a boat to feed seagulls. Boat rides are at your own expense)

18:30 Kyoto Hachijoguchi Station sightseeing bus stop

19:30 Guests who purchase the get-on/get-off plan will end their tour at the Shinsaibashi area.

The cost includes:
Driver and guide (service fee, meal allowance, accommodation allowance)
Transportation (vehicle service fee, gas, tolls, parking fees)
Pick-up and drop-off service (each person is allowed one piece of luggage free of charge, so please inform us in advance)
Includes snow lantern crafting experience (candles, plastic cups, and bucket rental)
Accommodation: 1 night and 1 breakfast at the hotel
The cost does not include:
1) Any other items not mentioned in the "Fees Included" section above.
2) This does not include attraction entrance fees (entrance fees to any Arashiyama attraction, Amanohashidate Cable Car and Monorail tickets, Amanohashidate Onsen fees, Ine Funaya Cruise, Ine bicycle rentals), optional local activities, other personal expenses, and travel accident insurance.
3) If you do not specify the number of children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat in advance and the bus is insufficient, you will be refused boarding and no refund will be given.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund. If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy. If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given. |
