Itinerary || Mount Fuji's Popular Saiko Gassho Village & Kawaguchiko Winter Fireworks and Hot Springs Day Trip

Meet at 11:40 AM / Depart at 11:50 AM Meet at the entrance of Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Shinjuku West Exit

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Choose between Fuji Sengen Park and Fujiyoshida City's popular "Sky Ladder Town"

15:30-16:30 Saiko Healing Village Root Field - Ancient Gassho Village on the edge of Mount Fuji (approximately 60 minutes including entrance fee)

17:10-19:10 Fujiyama Hot Spring Experience or Dinner (approximately 120 minutes / excluding dinner, hot spring bathing, and towel fees) Restaurant-hot spring shuttle service is available

The cost includes:
Tour guide (service fee)
Transportation (vehicle service fee, vehicle gas, tolls, parking fees)
Transfers (each person is only allowed one piece of luggage free of charge, so please inform us in advance)
Admission tickets (West Lake Root Field tickets)
The cost does not include:
1) Any other items not mentioned in the "Fees Included" section above.
2) Accommodation, attraction tickets (Fujiyama Onsen experience), optional local activities, other personal expenses, and travel accident insurance.
3) If you do not specify the number of children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat in advance and the bus is insufficient, you will be refused boarding and no refund will be given.
Cancellations made up to 4 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made up to 1 day (including the 1st day) before the start of the trip will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
