[Meet-up Instructions]
- This tour departs daily during the ski season. (Estimated departure time is December 11, 2024, to February 28, 2025, subject to official announcement from the ski resort.)
- If you are not returning on the same day, please indicate your return date in the reservation notes field.
- Guests participating in the Snow Park One-Day Tour, Ski Experience One-Day Tour, Two-Day, Three-Day, and Four-Day Tours will depart together.
- If the itinerary or meeting time is changed, the company will notify guests via email.
- Participants must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. No refunds will be given for those who arrive after the meeting time.
- Due to traffic conditions, the above itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.

- This tour does not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities carry certain risks and dangers. Guests must assess their fitness for participation based on their health and abilities. The company assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or deaths caused by force majeure.
- If the tour cannot be scheduled due to bad weather or ski resort closures, guests will be notified in advance and will be rescheduled or given a full refund.
- The itinerary and meal times may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day. Please understand this.
- Please send your license plate number and guide contact information via text message or social media (LINE/WeChat) the day before departure.

[Event Information]
- Ski attire and equipment are required to enter the ski resort. Children who are free and non-skiers will need to wait outside due to lack of clothing and equipment.
