[Booking Notice]
． Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to view the drift ice.
． On the second day, you will walk on the drift ice and take photos in the sea. The walk will last approximately one hour, accompanied by a professional guide.
． This tour provides equipment for the drift ice walk. Please provide your height (cm), weight (kg), and leg length (cm) when booking.
． For safety reasons, please do not register if you are under 130cm tall, weigh over 120kg, or are over 75 years old.
． The price for children aged 3-6 includes a bus seat only (meals and a bed are not included). Bus fares are subject to an additional fee.
． This tour will be shared with Japanese tourists.
． This tour does not include a tour guide, leader, or attraction information service. However, a translation app will be used to notify you of the meeting time and location. Please consider this before booking.
． - When boarding the icebreaker, you will be asked to submit your passport number on the boarding list. We will ask for your passport number on the day of the tour. Please note that if you do not know your passport number, you may not be able to board the icebreaker (Garinko).

★About Drift Ice★
- Drift ice is a natural phenomenon and may not be visible due to weather conditions (tides, wind direction, etc.).
- The tour will proceed regardless of whether drift ice has reached the coast. Even if drift ice has not yet reached the coast, cancellation fees will apply for changes or cancellations.
- Drift ice conditions will not be announced before departure. Please check the "Sea Ice Forecast" published on the Japan Meteorological Agency website.
- If you are unable to view drift ice, your tour staff will provide alternative options. Please note that while we offer alternative options, the facilities we can provide may be limited depending on the itinerary, location, and season.
- The drift icebreaker operates regardless of the presence of drift ice. If there is no drift ice along the route, the tour will proceed at sea, but no refund will be given.
- If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or rough seas, we will direct you to alternative sightseeing spots or refund the difference in price later.
- The itinerary order may be adjusted depending on the departure time of the drift icebreaker Aurora, resulting in a possible delay in your arrival at Sapporo Station.
- Reference dates for the first appearance of drift ice in previous years: February 3, 2022, February 5, 2023, January 19, 2024, and February 17, 2025.

- Day 2 of this tour includes a drift ice walk with a professional guide and photo opportunities, lasting approximately one hour.

[ Tour Information ]
- This tour requires a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 46. If you are unable to complete the tour due to a missing group, we may reschedule, change activities, or cancel or refund. Please pay attention to phone or email messages.
- Travelers with an odd number of participants may be seated next to other strangers.

[Other Matters]
- If a traveler leaves the tour midway due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a waiver and no refund will be given.
- Please bring adequate warm clothing (down jackets, leggings, scarves, hats, gloves, earmuffs, etc.) and wear shoes with grooved soles or non-slip shoes.
- The meeting and disbanding locations may vary; please confirm with the tour leader on the day.
- The tour itinerary may change depending on traffic conditions.
- The return arrival time at Sapporo North Exit may be significantly delayed due to weather or traffic conditions. We strongly recommend not arranging flights on the same day. Any delays will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
- Due to force majeure such as traffic and weather, there may be delays, itinerary changes, or attraction cancellations. Please understand that any incurred expenses for accommodation, meals, and taxis will be borne by the traveler.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, cancellation will be decided at 15:00 (Japan time) one day before departure and will be notified via email.
