– This tour departs daily from December 14, 2024, to March 10, 2025. Each group is 1 person.
– Reservations must be reconfirmed. Once confirmed, the date cannot be changed at will. Any losses incurred will be at your own risk.
– Please provide complete information (e.g., name, age, phone number, LINE ID, etc.) when booking to facilitate subsequent arrangements.
– The vehicle will depart on time on the day of the tour. It is recommended to confirm the meeting point the day before to avoid delays.
– The staff will primarily meet you on-site and will not contact you by phone (there will be no group chats).
– This tour allows one piece of luggage per person.
– Children aged 0-2 years old travel free of charge if held on an adult's lap, not occupying a seat; please note this in your reservation. Children aged 3 years and above are charged the same adult price. – The vehicle used will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Reference vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater: Minibus; 22 seater and above: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.

– Please carry your passport and valuables with you during the tour and keep them safe. Any loss, theft, or damage will be your responsibility.

– Elderly individuals, those with cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension or heart disease, and pregnant women are advised to be accompanied by a relative.

– This tour does not accept individual registrations for guests under the age of 18. A guardian must also register with you.

– This is a fixed-price shared tour. Please adhere to the designated stop times at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions. For flexible itinerary arrangements, please refer to our chartered tour services.
– Please note that no refunds will be given for any absences or cancellations due to personal reasons, such as lateness.
– If you leave the tour mid-tour, your transaction will be void and no refunds will be given. You will be solely responsible for any consequences that may affect your personal safety or property.
– The arrival times of each tour are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds. Please understand that if a tour is delayed or canceled due to any of these or other force majeure factors, no refunds will be given.
– Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for this tour.
– If arrival at Yeti Ski Resort is delayed due to weather or traffic, your stay will be shortened, but no refunds will be given.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. There are no restrooms on board.
– Due to weather conditions, viewing of Mount Fuji cannot be guaranteed.
– The company is not responsible for any delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations due to force majeure.
– Please comply with local Japanese laws and regulations and refrain from bringing items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating laws and affecting your rights.
– During free time, please ensure the safety of yourself and your belongings. If you fail to heed the advice and any accidents or losses you suffer, you will be solely responsible.

– Skiing is a dangerous activity, so please pay close attention to your own safety and the safety of other guests at the resort.
– We recommend purchasing overseas accident insurance (optional).
– If a conflict or injury occurs during free time at the resort, we cannot compensate for any losses. Please contact the parties involved and negotiate accordingly. If you miss the return bus, you will be responsible for any losses.
– Rental ski boots are available in sizes from 15 to 33.5 cm for skis and 17 to 32 cm for snowboards, with rentals in 0.5 cm increments. Rental of a complete ski equipment set (skis/boots/poles) costs 5,400 yen for adults and 3,900 yen for children.
– Goggles, gloves, and hats are not available for rental on site; please bring your own or purchase them at the shop.
– Please note that you cannot choose the brand or style of skis or snowboards you rent.
– Ski clothing is available for rental on site in sizes 80-160cm, S-5L, for 3,600 yen for adults and 2,600 yen for children. Accessories are also available (actual prices will be determined on site).

– Hot springs are at your own expense. The venue is scheduled to be "Kinohana no Yu." If the venue is closed, you will visit "Gotemba Fuji Hakkei" or "Gotemba City Onsen Kaikan." Reference fees are as follows:
"Kinohana no Yu" bathing fee: 1700 yen on weekdays, 2100 yen on weekends and holidays; "Gotemba Fuji Eight Views" fee: 1000 yen for a 3-hour pass; "Gotemba City Onsen Kaikan" fee: 500 yen for a 3-hour pass.
