[Registration Instructions]
. After completing a reservation, you must still wait for a confirmed seat (a seat is not guaranteed). After a successful reservation, you will receive a "Ticket" containing departure information, including the tour guide and emergency contact numbers. If you are planning to purchase air tickets, please ensure you receive this "Ticket Confirmation" before purchasing your tickets.
. [Price Definition] Infants under 2 years old are free of charge (they do not occupy a seat or service). Children aged 2-11 years old do not occupy a bed and must share a room with two adults. Only one child per room can occupy a bed. Children aged 12 years and older, or those requiring a bed, are considered adults. Individuals must be at least 18 years old.
. Participants are responsible for bringing their own valid travel documents (passports) and visas. Each document must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date. If you are denied entry due to personal reasons, the company is not responsible and you will be held responsible for any losses. No refunds will be given.

Due to limited space on the tour bus, each passenger may only carry one piece of luggage (no more than 30 kg and no more than 158 cm in total). If you carry more than one piece of luggage (and there is sufficient space on the bus), an additional €5 per piece per day will be charged as a driver handling fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For smaller tours, the operator reserves the right to arrange groups of passengers speaking different languages on the same bus.

Please be sure to provide your local contact phone number and messaging software on the list to facilitate the tour guide's contact with you.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance and luggage insurance.

[ Itinerary Description ]

This is a seven-day, six-night Orange Route bus itinerary on the European Circular Bus Tour, including six nights of accommodation. You can choose to participate in the entire itinerary or select a portion of the itinerary. If you wish to select a portion of the itinerary or transfer to another bus route at a connecting city (for details, please refer to: European Circular Bus Route Map, Orange Route Arrival/Departure Location Schedule), please contact our customer service specialists for further itinerary details and pricing.
. During the seven-day tour, all meals, attractions, and activities are at your own expense. To make your trip more fulfilling and engaging, we've selected some attractions, activities, and meals along the way as optional extras. Please refer to the [Consumption Guide] for details. Participation is optional and is not mandatory (except for tips and the tourist tax).

Sunday morning features a "Group Activity - Montserrat Monastery." This is a mandatory, on-site activity (approximately 35 EUR per person).

Due to crowd control and long lines, tickets for the Sunday route's La Sagrada Familia attraction may not be available on-site. We strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance on the official website (recommended purchase time: 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM).
. Each person must pay a €10 per day fee for the tour guide and driver, plus a tourist tax (see the [Consumption Guide]). Please pay the actual amount in cash to the tour guide on-site.
. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for check-in. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
. All times listed in the itinerary are local time. Exact times are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances. Please note that actual times are subject to change. It is recommended that you do not make other arrangements on the day of your tour.

European travel differs from other parts of the world. Most tourist attractions are not directly accessible by tour bus and require walking. Travelers with limited mobility may have to wait on the bus for some attractions, making it inconvenient to visit with the tour group. Refunds for missed attractions are not permitted.

[Accommodation Information]

Hotels primarily accommodate three-star hotels according to European standards. Rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, and doubles are typically shared.

Single travelers or travelers with an odd number of guests please select and pay the additional single room fee at the time of booking. To ensure the quality of your trip, we do not arrange shared rooms with other travelers.

European hotels all include breakfast, primarily a simple continental breakfast, such as coffee or tea, juice, bread, and jam.
.European hotel rooms are smaller, and the facilities and services are inferior to those in Asian, American, and Canadian countries. European hotels are also more environmentally conscious, so most hotels lack air conditioning. This does not mean the hotel facilities are substandard. Please understand this before booking.

[Liability Statement]
. Our company is solely responsible for the services arranged by airlines, hotels, transportation, or other travel agencies. We assume no responsibility for any property loss, accidental death, or losses or additional expenses incurred by any group member or guest participating in this itinerary or leaflet due to natural disasters, machine failure, transportation delays, fire, strikes, war, political instability, events beyond our control, or changes in government regulations.
. The tour transportation and hotels used by our company, such as airplanes, ships, trains, and buses, each have their own policies regarding passenger safety and lost luggage. Lost luggage, accidental injury, and property damage are handled according to their respective policies and are not the responsibility of our company.

If, due to exceptional circumstances such as inclement weather, strikes, typhoons, lost documents, hotel full occupancy, flight cancellations or delays, political turmoil, epidemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary to change or cancel the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation. In such circumstances, tour members may not object or demand compensation under any pretext. All losses or increased expenses resulting from such changes are the sole responsibility of the tour member.

All participants must abide by the laws of each country. The carrying of illicit goods for profit and prohibited items is strictly prohibited. Immigration regulations are determined by individual countries. If a participant is denied entry to a country for personal reasons, the company is not responsible and assumes no liability. No refund will be given for the remainder of the tour. Any additional expenses incurred, such as transportation and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the participant and are not the company's responsibility.

The company, driver, tour leader, and tour guide are not responsible for theft or loss of money or property under any circumstances or at any location. Tour participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their own property and documents.

If a participant is late for their flight or bus, for any reason or under any circumstances, the company is not responsible and will not refund any fees.

Since some bus models are not wheelchair-friendly, please understand that we cannot accept participants who use wheelchairs.

The company reserves the right to publish the participants' images, and we will film behind-the-scenes footage during the tour.

Important Note: If any damage to the tour bus or hotel facilities is caused by accident or malicious intent during your trip, you will be solely responsible for the consequences and will be required to compensate for any losses. Serious damage may result in local criminal liability. Please respect public property and enjoy your trip to the fullest.
