The cost includes:
Accommodation: Four nights' bed and breakfast at the 5-star City of Dreams Entertainment Resort. Rooms feature private bathrooms, and doubles are preferred.
Transportation: The itinerary includes air-conditioned transportation, airport transfers, a day and a half of sightseeing, and one dealer training workshop.
Guide: English-speaking driver and guide, and local English-speaking staff. (No Chinese-speaking guide)
The cost does not include:

[Tips] €10 per day per group member, totaling €50, equal to the tour leader and driver. €50 in cash is payable to the local tour guide upon check-in.
[Personal Expenses/Optional Items] Personal expenses, such as lunch and dinner during the tour, hotel room drinks, telephone calls, laundry service, and damages. Please exchange your own currency for personal expenses and purchases.
[Excess Baggage] Round-trip international airfare and airline fees for baggage exceeding the permitted size or weight.

[Unintentional Expenses] Expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes and traffic delays.

JPY 137,636.3 Single room surcharge (when checking in as a single person, each person needs to pay the room surcharge)
Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.
Cancellations made 16-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 0-15 days (including the 15th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 100% handling fee.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made to the original payment method after deducting any necessary expenses.
Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refunds will be given.
