Travel Notes

1. Shared rooms are not available. For single-occupancy travelers, an additional single room fee will be charged. No pre- or post-tour accommodation is available.
2. Local meals are primarily served. We typically stop at a food court, allowing group members to choose from a variety of local delicacies.
3. The itinerary sequence may be adjusted depending on the tour date, but the itinerary content will not be reduced.
4. Due to limited luggage space on tour buses, each passenger may only bring one piece of luggage with them (no more than 30 kg and no more than 158 cm in length). For more than one piece of luggage (assuming there is sufficient space in the luggage), an additional €5 per piece per day will be charged for the driver's handling fee.
5. Unlike other countries, most tourist attractions are not accessible directly by tour bus and require walking. Travelers with limited mobility may have to wait on the bus for some attractions, making it difficult to join the tour. Lost attractions cannot be used as an excuse to request a refund.
6. We will notify tour members of the tour guide information and hotel address one week before departure via email and invite them to join the WeChat group on the day of departure.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

Accommodation: Nine nights in a three- to four-star hotel of local standards. (Rooms include private bathrooms, and two people share a room.)
Transportation: The entire tour follows the itinerary, with land transportation by air-conditioned luxury tour bus.
Tickets: $50 for the East Grand Canyon, South Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Yosemite, Seventeen Mile Drive, and five-star hotel resorts.
Tour Staff: Professional (Chinese-speaking) tour leader departs locally and provides on-site service.

The cost does not include:

[Airfare] Round-trip airfare from Taiwan to Los Angeles
[Tips] US$12 per day per group member, totaling US$120, for the tour leader, driver, and other services. €80 in cash is payable to the local tour guide upon check-in.
[Attraction Tickets] The itinerary includes all tours and any additional, optional activities requested.
[Personal Expenses/Optional Items] Personal expenses, including lunch and dinner, hotel room and other beverages, telephone calls, laundry services, and damages. Please exchange local currency for personal expenses and purchases.
[Excess Baggage] Round-trip international airfare and airline fees for baggage exceeding the permitted size or weight.
[Passport and Visa Application] Passport and other document processing services are not provided; you must apply for/renew your own passport or other documents.
[Unintentional Expenses] Expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes and traffic delays.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 16-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-15 days (including the 15th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 100% handling fee.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made to the original payment method after deducting any necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refunds will be given.

5.在任何情況及任何地點下失竊，引致遺失金錢及物品，本公司、司機、領隊及導遊均不負任何責任，任何財物及証件等團員理應並有責任自行保管。
6.在任何理由及情況下，團員若逾時，而趕不上航機或巴士出發，本公司恕不負責及概不退還任何費用。
7.在旅途中或往返原居地，若需要進行的跨境核酸檢測，費用均需由客人個人承擔。
