Travel Notes
– Skiing is a dangerous activity, so please pay close attention to your own safety and the safety of other guests at the resort.
– We recommend purchasing overseas accident insurance (optional).
– If a conflict or injury occurs during free time at the resort, we cannot compensate for any losses. Please contact the parties involved and negotiate with them. If you miss the return bus, you will be responsible for any losses.

– The final itinerary and other necessary information will be emailed to you 7 days before departure. Please print and bring it with you, and show the relevant screen to the staff on your phone on the day of departure.

– The bus will depart on time. Latecomers will not be accepted. Please note that no refunds will be given for latecomers.

– Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. There is no restroom on board.
– Children aged 0-2 can ride free. Please note this when booking. Children aged 0-2 do not have seats and should be held on your lap.
– Ski boots are available for rental in sizes from 17cm to 31cm, in 0.5cm increments.
– Goggles, gloves, and hats are not available for rental; please bring your own or purchase them at the store.
– Please note that you cannot choose the brand or style of skis or snowboards you rent.
– Ski clothing can be rented on-site for 3,500 yen for adults and 2,500 yen for children. Accessories are also available for sale.
– The company is not responsible for any delays, itinerary changes, or attraction cancellations caused by force majeure.
– In the event of bad weather, cancellations will be decided by 3:00 PM Japan time the day before departure and will be notified by email at any time.
