▲ When will we notify you of cancellations due to bad weather?
Our tours are generally open rain or shine. However, in the event of prolonged heavy rain, strong winds, or waves, we may cancel our tours if safety concerns arise. Regarding when we will notify you of cancellations due to bad weather, we will try to provide as much advance notice as possible, but we may also cancel our tours based on on-site observations the day of the event. (Cancellations due to weather conditions will result in transfers or refunds.)

▲ Can I participate even if I can't swim?
You can still register even if you can't swim. Each person will be provided with a life jacket before entering the water. Please wear it properly. The buoyancy is sufficient to keep you above the shoulders in the event of a fall.

▲ Are pets allowed?
If you are bringing a pet on board, please inform us in advance when registering and provide your own life jacket. Open water conditions are unpredictable, so we cannot guarantee the safety of pets. Insurance coverage is only valid for participating individuals. If you bring a pet, you are solely responsible for the safety of the pet.

▲ Can I leave my luggage?
Personal belongings can be left at the base, but we are not responsible for their storage. Please bring valuables with you.

Travel Notes

One person, one board plan. Only those aged 10 years and above and 65 years and below are eligible to register.

The SUP experience requires considerable physical effort, so please carefully assess your ability. Pregnant women, those with knee injuries, or those with limited physical fitness are not recommended for this activity.

Sunrise and sunset tour times may vary depending on the season. The exact meeting time will be announced separately. Please do not register if you cannot accommodate this. Thank you for your understanding.

A professional instructor will accompany you throughout the trip. The instructor-to-board ratio is 1:6, with one instructor assigned to each of the six boards you have experienced.

The tour is based on a one-group departure and arrival principle. Latecomers will not be allowed to re-board once the instructor and group have left shore, and no refunds will be given. Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid any consequences.

Water activities are susceptible to weather conditions. During the actual voyage, the tour leader may modify the itinerary based on changing wind and hydrological conditions. If weather conditions deteriorate, the voyage may even be canceled mid-trip. Please do not participate if you cannot accept the possibility of itinerary changes.

To ensure a safe and smooth operation, all members of the group must follow the instructions of the tour leader and instructor. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by individuals who stray from the group or disobey instructions.

If you do not wish to have photos taken during the trip published online, please inform the instructor who took the photos.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (inclusive) will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the activity is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.) before departure, the organizer will determine whether to cancel the activity. The participant will be offered the option of rescheduling or a full refund.

No rescheduling or cancellation will be accepted after the schedule change, and no refunds will be given.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refunds will be given.
