. Ski resort hotels primarily offer twin-bedded rooms for two people.

. The fee does not include round-trip international airfare, personal insurance, or personal ski protective gear (e.g., goggles, gloves, etc.).

. Age Limit:
For safety reasons, children under 5 years old cannot participate.

Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by a parent. Thank you for your understanding.
If a parent is unable to attend, a written consent form must be completed and another adult with parental consent must accompany the child throughout the entire trip.

. Ski Course Registration Rules:
1. Ski program registration (snowboard/skiboard) must be completed before departure. Program changes cannot be made after registration. 2. If you register for the intermediate class but are not qualified enough, you will not be able to participate and no refund will be given.
3. Free skiers are free to move freely throughout the course and do not receive instruction from an instructor.

. Course opening and ratio regulations: If there are insufficient students, the class will be combined with the ski resort group. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Beginner class: 1 instructor for 15 students, guaranteed class opening.
- Intermediate class: 1 instructor for 10 students, class opening requires at least 5 students.

. Our partner instructors primarily teach in English, with Chinese-speaking staff providing assistance. Each instructor is assigned to approximately 10-15 students, and all group members are experienced guides or staff.
. Intermediate and free skiers include full lift tickets. Beginner class participants include lift tickets starting on the second day of the trip.

How to choose between the beginner and intermediate classes?

Beginner Class: The first day will be spent on the flat ground, starting from zero. On the second day, students will be assessed to see if they are able to take the ski lift up the slopes.

Intermediate Class: The first day will be spent riding the ski lift up and down the mountain, starting with more advanced techniques. Be sure you are sufficiently familiar with the sport before signing up for the intermediate class.

If you initially sign up for the intermediate class but the on-site instructor assesses you and tells you to start with the beginner class, the price difference will not be refunded. However, if you sign up for the beginner class and are already proficient on the second day, you can still take the ski lift up the mountain. If you are not confident in your level, we recommend signing up for the beginner class first!


If your companions do not ski, they may not participate in the ski package. They can still enjoy the resort facilities. However, ski equipment, lift tickets, and lessons for the non-ski package will not be refunded. Please note:

The ski resort's cable car requires full clothing and ski gear. Non-skiers are also advised to bring full gear so they can ride the cable car for free to enjoy the mountaintop views.

[Meet-up Instructions]
– The amount of snow is a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled by humans. Please understand this.
– In compliance with the Korean government's environmental protection policy, the hotel will not provide toiletries. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and other toiletries. Towels and hair dryers will be provided.
– To ensure fairness to all guests, guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be accepted, and staff are not responsible for informing or waiting. If guests are unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given. Please note this.

1. The resort reserves the right to change the itinerary due to poor weather, lack of snow, ski resort closures, or force majeure reasons not attributable to the general agent or resort before or during departure.
2. Skiing is a leisure activity requiring moderate to high physical exertion. Please ensure that participants are aware of their physical and mental health. It is recommended that participants with pre-existing or chronic medical conditions or conditions that are prohibited by their doctor be aware of this activity. People with medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, mental distress, or emotional instability are not suitable for this skiing trip. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this skiing trip.
3. When boarding and disembarking the gondola, please follow the instructions of the staff and instructors and refrain from swaying or playing on the gondola.
4. Beginners should proceed gradually and within their capabilities. During the activity, you must follow the instructions and directions of the instructor and resort staff.
5. Before reaching a certain level of skill and skill, please avoid skiing in unfamiliar areas, wooded areas, steep slopes, or deep valleys to avoid accidents.
6. Do not attempt to ski on slopes beyond your ability without the permission or guidance of a ski instructor to avoid causing danger to yourself or other skiers at the resort.
7. During skiing, please do not ski alone; always travel with a companion. Pay attention to signs and warnings at the resort and refrain from entering closed slopes and areas.
8. If you feel unwell during skiing, stop skiing immediately.
9. If you fall while skiing, do not struggle. Instead, lower your center of gravity as quickly as possible and sit back. Avoid falling headfirst or rolling over.
10. If you or others are injured, do not move and immediately notify the resort emergency personnel for assistance.
11. Use safe ski equipment that fits your body type. If damaged or malfunctioning, replace it immediately.
12. During the activity, maintain a safe distance from others and do not linger on the slopes to avoid collisions and physical or financial damage to others.
13. For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not permitted to participate in this activity. Children aged 5 or above but under the age of 5 are recommended to be accompanied by a guardian or an adult with the guardian's consent.
14. Refrain from alcohol, drug use, or similar substance abuse during the activity and within 10 hours before participating. Ensure your mental and physical health. In the event of any violation, coaches and ski instructors reserve the right to prohibit participation at any time without liability for any damages.
15. Please note that the resort and its general agent do not purchase insurance on behalf of guests. We strongly recommend that guests purchase their own ski insurance. Skiing is a high-risk activity, and most insurance policies only cover personal injury, not property damage or third-party liability. Please be sure to confirm your coverage.
16. The regulations of the skiing venue and the laws of the country applicable to the skiing venue are considered supplementary to or part of this risk statement and should be carefully read, understood, and complied with.
