2-Day High One Ski Tour in Gangwon-do, South Korea (Departs from Seoul/Chinese Instructor)

– Each participant will receive a complimentary hot pack, a simple breakfast (bread or rice balls, no choice of type), Korean distilled water, and admission to the resort's sauna (except for children under 5 years old).
– Child rates are based on the price of the child, but only those who require a bed will be charged the adult price. For every two adults, one infant under 5 years old can travel free of charge (not occupying a bed, meals, or ski equipment).
– Groups with 15 or fewer people will be assigned a head coach and photography staff. Groups with 16 or more will be assigned an assistant coach. The maximum group size is 41 people.
– For safety reasons, skiing activities are only available to participants aged 5 and above.
– If a participant does not participate in the skiing activities, the tour fee will be reduced by TWD920 per person. This refund includes ski clothing, ski equipment, and eye protection rental. However, please note that ski resort regulations prohibit entry without ski gear to prevent accidents.
– For accurate ski boot fitting, sizing will be performed on-site. – Sauna tickets are included in the room rate. No refunds will be given if the sauna is not used due to personal reasons.
– The accompanying photographer will take an equal number of photos of all guests in the group and email each guest a digital file. Requests for a specific number of photos cannot be made. The files will be saved for one month. Please download them as soon as possible. If they are not downloaded within one month, they will be deleted and cannot be restored. The company assumes no responsibility for their storage.
– This tour primarily teaches skiing. Switching to snowboarding is free, but instructors will not be provided, and the company cannot book snowboard instructors.
– As the ski equipment is a group package, we do not offer skiing on the first day and snowboarding on the second day.
– Snowboarding is a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled by humans. Please understand that snowfall is beyond human control. – In compliance with the Korean government's environmental protection policy, the hotel does not provide toiletries. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and other toiletries. Towels and hair dryers are provided.
– If attractions or restaurants require admission or meal fees for children under 5, these fees must be paid on-site.
– To ensure fairness to all guests, it is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and staff are not responsible for informing or waiting for guests. If a guest is late for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
– Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. Meals are pre-ordered on a centralized basis. Guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or food allergies, are requested to prepare their own meals. Please note that no refund will be given for these dietary requirements.
– Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, it is strongly recommended that guests avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
– The above times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions. Even if the tour departs in the event of rain or snow, no refunds or changes to the departure date will be accepted. Please note this.
– If the tour needs to be cancelled due to force majeure factors such as severe weather (typhoons, snowstorms, etc.), we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day prior to departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
– If the meeting time remains unchanged, guests are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled. No further individual contact will be made before departure. However, if the meeting time is changed, the tour guide will contact guests via messaging app one to two days before departure. Please be sure to respond to this message.
– Local tour buses in South Korea carry comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that guests purchase their own travel insurance for more comprehensive protection. As skiing is a high-risk sport, it is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance with relevant coverage for their own safety.
– If any unexpected incidents occur during the tour, the company will do its best to assist. However, the company will not be held responsible for any injuries or deaths caused by unforeseen circumstances. Please note this.
