– Tickets are non-transferable.
– Tickets are for foreigners only and require presentation of passport in person.
– Tickets are non-assigned/randomly distributed and will be distributed on the day of the concert after passport verification.
– Please provide your passport information when registering. Your ID will be verified at the ticket exchange booth before you can exchange your ticket for an admission ticket.
– Tickets purchased through improper means will be forfeited.
– Lost or damaged tickets are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and admission is not permitted without a ticket.
– After the closing time, you may be denied admission or your seat may be changed.
– After the performance begins, you will not be able to re-enter the venue. Please arrive at the concert venue early to be seated.
– For safe viewing, food and drink other than water are prohibited in the auditorium.
– Tripods and large cameras that obstruct the view of others may be stopped by security personnel.
– Carry-on luggage (bags) must be 30cm long x 30cm wide to be allowed inside the venue.
– Ticket holders must arrive on time to collect their tickets to avoid being denied entry and potentially impacting their rights.
– Unauthorized pre-orders and those made by non-foreign nationals will have their purchases canceled and will not be refunded.
– To change your boarding location, please contact customer service two weeks prior to the performance.
– Traffic conditions are difficult to predict, so the above itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.
