． This tour departs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from May 1st to December 31st, 2024.
． The tour price includes the local driver's gratuity, entrance fees, and round-trip transportation as stated in the itinerary.
． The minimum number of participants per group is 6, and the departure number is 42. If guests do not meet the minimum number of participants and wish to depart on a private tour, additional fees will apply.
． Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate, while children under 36 months old are free. (Children travelling free of charge will not be provided with meals, seats, or admission tickets.)

The itinerary is generally not affected by rain. However, if a natural disaster prevents departure, the departure date can be rescheduled free of charge or a full refund can be provided.

If a passenger cancels their reservation between 3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of their trip, no refund will be given.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refunds will be given.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify the applicant of postponements or refunds.
