[Meet-up Information]
． Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
． The departure time may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
． Please send your license plate number and tour guide contact information via text message or social media (LINE/WeChat) the day before departure.
． If using LINE/WeChat, please ensure that you can invite friends and receive stranger messages.

[Price Information]
． VIVA Winter Festival Period:

First Group: December 16, 2025 (Tuesday) - December 17, 2024 (Wednesday)

Second Group: February 12, 2025 (Thursday) - February 13, 2025 (Friday)
． The tour price includes tips for the local driver and tour guide, entrance fees, some meals, and round-trip transportation as stated in the itinerary. The minimum group size is 4 people, and the departure size is 42 people. If guests do not meet the minimum group size and wish to depart on a private tour, additional fees will apply.

Children aged 2 years and under 12 years old are charged the child rate. Children aged 12 years and over are charged the adult rate. Children under 24 months old are free. (Children travelling free do not receive meals, in-car seating, or admission tickets.)

Ski equipment and ski gear are required for entry. Children travelling free and non-skiing companions who are not wearing ski gear will be required to wait outside the resort.

The minimum ski gear size is 17cm (foot length) for SKIs, and 21cm (foot length) for SNOWBOARDs. Children under 3 years old who wish to ski can inquire with the tour guide on-site. If a suitable size is available, payment can be made on-site.

Single-person registrations require a single room supplement per night.

Please take good care of all rental equipment. Damage or loss will incur a charge (lost goggles will incur a 30,000 KRW charge per item).
． [Choose One of Three Themed Activities] You can choose one of the three activities per day: freestyle skiing, snow park, or water park. ★ Please select your Day 1 activity in advance!
． If participants wish to freestyle ski on one of the three days, please schedule it for Day 1. Ski clothing rental is required on that day.
． After selecting your [Choose One of Three Themed Activities], you cannot change to another activity on the day of the activity. Please contact customer service at least three days before the activity to make changes.
． This tour does not include a basic skiing lesson. If you require instruction, please purchase a separate (1:15) group basic instruction lesson.

[Tour Notice]
． The tour will not be affected by rain. However, if the tour is unable to depart due to a natural disaster, the departure date can be rescheduled free of charge or a full refund can be provided.
． Ski attire and equipment are required to enter the ski resort. Children who are free and non-skiers will need to wait outside due to lack of clothing and equipment.

The itinerary may be adjusted based on local conditions. The company is not responsible for or refunds in the event of unforeseen safety inspections or closures.

All tours do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and dangers. Guests should consider their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable for participation. The company assumes no responsibility for any injuries or deaths caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.

[Room Arrangements]
- Accommodation buildings are SONO BELLE and SONO MOON
- In compliance with South Korea's environmental protection policies, the resort will no longer provide toiletries starting this year. Please bring your own or purchase them on-site.

- Family Room
- Occupancy: 2-3 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 1 adult + 2 children
- Bedding: 1 double bed + 2 sets of Korean-style bedding
- Room Type: 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom + 1 Korean-style floor room) + 1 living room + 1-2 bathrooms
- A single room fee will be charged for each additional guest.

- Suite Room [1 double bed + 3 sets of Korean-style bedding]
- Occupancy: 4-5 adults / 2 adults + 2 children / 2 adults + 3 children / 3 adults + 1 child / 3 adults + 2 children / 4 adults + 1 child
- Bedding: 1 double bed + 3 sets of Korean-style bedding
- Room Type: 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom + 1 Korean-style floor-style room) + 1 living room + 1-2 bathrooms

- A snow-view room with a designated view can be purchased as an additional option. Refunds will be issued if the room is fully booked.
★ Room type cannot be specified and is subject to the hotel's availability on the day of check-in. Please note any special requests (we will try to accommodate, but it may not be possible). If you do not specify, the hotel will allocate rooms based on availability on the day of your stay. Room changes cannot be requested on the day of your stay.
