[Departing from Naha/Chatani] 2025 47th Ocean Expo Park Fireworks Festival Bus Package (Transportation, Spectacular Seats, and Meals Included)

※The minimum group size is 25 people. If the group size is less than 25, the group may be canceled at short notice. We will notify you of this at this time via email or phone. Please be advised.
※This tour will be accompanied by Japanese and Chinese speaking staff, and meals will be shared with Japanese guests.
※Infants under 2 years old can join free of charge. They do not occupy a seat and must ride with an adult (on the bus and in the fireworks display area). Meals are not included.
※Each adult can bring one child free of charge. If an adult brings two or more children, the second and subsequent children will be charged the child fee.

Notes on Registration |

・Please understand that round-trip bus times can be difficult to estimate on the day of the event.

・Smoking is prohibited on the bus.

・Eating is prohibited on the bus.

・The above times may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions on the day.

・Based on the number of passengers, we will have a bus for each stop. If the same group gets on and off at different stops, they may need to take different buses. Please note.
・The bus does not plan to visit all boarding and alighting locations, so please get off at your original boarding location.

The fireworks display will be between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with the first display from 8:00 PM to 8:20 PM and the second display from 8:30 PM to 8:50 PM.

The return trip will depart from the bus stop at 10:00 PM.

Traffic is expected to be heavy on both the outbound and return trips, so you may return home late at night (between 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM). Thank you for your understanding.

In addition, if the fireworks display is canceled due to weather conditions on the day of the event, no refund will be given.

Please take precautions against heatstroke, especially for children, the elderly, and pregnant women.

The use of selfie sticks, radios, and other radio waves is prohibited within the fireworks display area.

If the fireworks display is canceled due to inclement weather, the tour will also be canceled. If the tour is canceled, the tour fee will be refunded. Please note that any transfer fees incurred in this event will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please provide your name, gender, birthday, and age when booking your trip for insurance purposes. Please also provide the name of your hotel the night before in case of any last-minute notifications. Thank you.

★On July 5th, the Ocean Culture Museum (including the Tropical Dream Center and Planetarium) will be free admission. (Hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

・Churaumi Aquarium tickets are 20% off. Please add the number of tickets to your order and pay cash to the staff on site.

[Notes on Group Seating at the Fireworks Venue Bus]
・Paid seating at the fireworks venue is non-reserved. Staff will guide you to your seat on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be seated close together. To ensure a comfortable viewing experience for as many people as possible, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

・The designated bus seats for groups are chairs. Regardless of age, all seats are subject to a fee.

・Children aged 0-3 are not included in the bus or at the fireworks venue. Parents are requested to hold their children on their laps.

・When entering the seating area, you must wear a wristband issued by your tour guide/staff. This will be verified upon entry. Please wear it at all times; no replacement will be issued if lost. Those without a wristband will not be allowed entry. Wristband holders are free to enter and exit designated areas and the venue (re-entry is permitted).

[Fireworks Venue Precautions]

・When using a camera for filming, if a tripod is required, it must be used only if it does not obstruct traffic or the view of spectators behind you. The tripod must be within approximately 1 meter of the seat and may only be used in front of your seat.
・The use of wireless devices (such as drones, remote-controlled cars, etc.) and selfie sticks (including extension rods) is prohibited. Listening to the radio or using any device that emits radio waves is prohibited.

・Umbrellas and parasols are prohibited. Please wear a raincoat in case of rain.

・If you need to temporarily leave your seat, please leave your belongings at your seat. Valuables must be kept by you.

・Emerald Beach, the fireworks venue, is a non-smoking area. Smokers are requested to use designated smoking areas within the park.

・The organizers are not responsible for luggage storage or resolving disputes between attendees.

・Please take your trash home.

・Some areas inside and outside the venue are dimly lit. Please bring a flashlight or other lighting.

・To prevent heatstroke, please wear breathable clothing and a hat, and drink plenty of water and salt.

・The fireworks display time is subject to change. The time announced by the organizer on the day of the event will be final.
