[Meeting Instructions]
． Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure.
． The departure time may be delayed due to traffic conditions on the day.
． Please send your license plate number and guide contact information via text message or social media the day before departure.

[Price Information]
． The tour price includes tips for the local driver and guide, as well as entrance fees and round-trip transportation as specified in the itinerary.
． The minimum number of participants per group is 10, and the departure number is 42. If a guest does not meet the minimum number of participants and wishes to depart privately, additional fees will apply.
． Individuals will be charged a single room surcharge per night.
． Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate; children under 36 months old are free. (Children travelling free of charge will not be provided with meals, seating, or admission.)

[Tour Information]

This is a limited-time winter tour, operating from December 3, 2025, to February 26, 2026, departing every Tuesday and Thursday. ★No tours on the following dates★ - December 25, January 1, and February 12-19

The minimum ski equipment size is 17cm (foot length) for skis and snowboards, and 21cm (foot length) for snowboards. Children under 3 years old who wish to ski can inquire with the tour guide at the venue to see if the minimum equipment size will fit. If the equipment is suitable, payment will be made on the spot.

Please take good care of all rented ski equipment. Damage or loss will incur a full refund. (Losing goggles will incur a 30,000 won charge per pair.)

Ski clothing and equipment are required for entry to the ski resort. Children and non-skiers without clothing and equipment will be required to wait outside.

Ski lessons included in the tour require at least 10 snowboarders or 10 skiers.

One ski instructor will teach at least 10 students.

To ensure fairness to all guests, guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and our staff are not responsible for informing or waiting for guests. Please note that if a guest is unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.

Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flights.

Traffic conditions are difficult to predict, so the above itinerary is subject to adjustment based on on-site conditions.

All tours do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks and dangers. Guests should carefully assess their fitness for participation based on their own health and abilities. Room type cannot be specified and will be determined by Ojuk Hanok Village on the day of check-in.
