Bon Chill offers five campervan models, each equipped with a private bathroom, comfortable bedding, smart technology, and custom Southern pine decking. The Fulong International Sand Sculpture Art Festival is now in its 16th year. This year, the Fullon Hotel and Walt Disney Taiwan are collaborating to present the world's only "Disney Centennial Celebration" themed sand sculpture exhibition. Running over 136 days, the exhibition features over 15 sand sculptors from around the world, creating 65 themed sand sculptures, 60 of which are Disney-themed. These sculptures transform beloved classic characters and stories from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars into golden sand sculptures, featuring Mickey Mouse, Snow White, the Avengers, Buzz Lightyear, and Star Wars characters. Travel Notes

※ This is a package exclusively for Novartis employees. Registrations from non-Novartis employees will not be accepted. Please understand.

1. Available dates and campervan quotas:
a. First group: July 7 (Sunday) - July 8 (Monday)
b. Second group: August 16 (Friday) - August 17 (Saturday)
c. Third group: September 15 (Sunday) - September 16 (Monday) *Mid-Autumn Festival holiday
2. Campervan occupancy limits vary by room type. Prices vary depending on the room type and number of guests. Please select the room type and number of guests based on a group age 3 and above.
3. Extra guests and extra beds are not available in campervans.
4. Guests aged 6 and above are considered adults. Children under 6 are not charged separately. If the third or additional guest is a child aged 3-5, a $1,500 per night deduction will be applied.
5. Children aged 0-2 years: One child can be accommodated free of charge on the Shubi and Akebono boats; up to two children can be accommodated free of charge on Meteor, Cloud, and Pegasus boats.
6. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 PM on the day of check-out.
7. Hotel facility hours are subject to on-site announcements. Please adhere to the hotel's facility usage rules for safety.
8. If you have any vegetarian or other dietary restrictions, please indicate this in the remarks section when placing your reservation.
9. For outdoor activities, please prepare sun protection, a water bottle, rain gear, and your health insurance card. If you feel unwell, rest immediately.
10. The program and content of the activity may be adjusted based on weather and activity conditions. The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments.

3. Facilities: Free use of amenities during your stay (mini golf, wading pool, fitness center, starry sky cinema, etc.), free access to the children's playground (carousel, Ferris wheel, coffee cup, Bibi hunting ground, green field racing, etc.), one-hour VR golf experience
4. Complimentary bottle of Burke King draft beer per vehicle (non-refundable if not used)
5. Administration: NT$5 million travel liability insurance + NT$200,000 medical insurance (payable at your own expense), and administrative expenses

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
