[Booking Information]
. The Gongliao Treasure Island SUP/Canoe Experience has an age limit of 12 years and above. For safety reasons, minors aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted.
. Due to the different paddling speeds of SUP and canoeing, separate groups will be arranged. Only one type of equipment can be used per group. If the number of participants is small, adjustments to SUP or canoeing will be made. This adjustment will be made only after obtaining consent.
. The SUP/Canoe Experience is available for either one person per board/canoe or two people per board/canoe. Please choose your preferred option based on your fitness level. Applicants must be 13 years and above and in good physical condition to participate in the SUP/Canoe experience. Experience in marine activities is recommended.
. Children aged 9-12 must share a board or boat with an adult. The combined weight of two people per board/boat should not exceed 150 kg.
． Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnant women are not suitable for this experience and should not register.
[Group Information]
． This activity requires 6 people per group. If the group is unable to proceed due to insufficient numbers, we will notify you at least 3 days in advance to reschedule, retain the group, or refund the tour.
[Itinerary Information]
． This activity is held outdoors on the beach. Changing tents will be provided for a change of clothes after the activity.
． For the Gongliao Treasure Island SUP/Canoeing experience, small to medium-sized dogs are preferred. Please confirm in advance that your pet is water-savvy. One pet per board is allowed. Please bring your own life jacket and care for your pet. Pets without a life jacket will not be accepted.


If the activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has departed, no refund will be given for any passengers who are unable to join or are absent due to delays.


The overall activity schedule is subject to adjustment based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions. Safety and overall quality are paramount.


In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, please follow the instructions of the instructor and group leader.


If the experience is delayed due to sudden changes in weather, safety concerns, or personal reasons, no refund will be given.

Because SUPs are less resistant to wind and waves than canoes, if strong winds and waves are still within safe limits, participants may switch to canoes with their consent. No refund will be given for this price change.


On the day of the activity, if the instructor determines that sea conditions are poor or unsuitable for sailing due to safety concerns, the activity will be canceled and a refund will be made after deducting a portion of personnel and administrative insurance fees of NT$100 per person.
