Travel Notes

- This tour is a local service in New York City and does not include airfare from your departure point to New York.
- This price is for a two-day, seven-seater private car for two people.
- The car is provided for 10 hours of use over two days. Any excess charges must be paid in cash to the driver.
- An extra charge of USD 40 per hour will apply.
- Accommodation will be at the Millennium Hilton New York Downtown or Millennium Hilton New York ONE UN Plaza. Final reservations are subject to availability.
- If your check-in date falls on a holiday, convention, exhibition, or peak tourist season, a price difference will be charged.
- Bookings placed on this website do not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Quba will confirm your travel confirmation within 7 business days of completing the online reservation.
- If this tour is fully booked or your reservation is unsuccessful, the booking fee will be refunded.
Arrival transfers are scheduled for a maximum of 2 hours from the on-site time. Any delays or rescheduling may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Changing your arrival flight within 24 hours will incur additional charges.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- 3 nights' double room accommodation at the Hilton New York City
- Local English-speaking and Chinese-speaking driver service
- Round-trip airport-hotel transfers (shared vehicle)
- 2 full-day, 10-hour rentals in a dedicated seven-seater vehicle

The cost does not include:

- Driver tips
- US ESTA visa fees
- PCR test fees
- Luggage delivery service (airport or hotel)
- Personal expenses (e.g., hotel laundry)
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are not included; the local guide will provide dining recommendations
- Any other transportation services beyond the 10-hour 2-day charter and airport transfers
- Expenses incurred for vehicle usage beyond the specified time
- Any medical expenses
- Any optional activities, activities, and entrance fees are not included in the price

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of a trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start of a trip (including the 1st day) will incur a 100% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are non-refundable.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If the participant cancels the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days before the booking date will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made 7-9 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days before the booking date will receive a 40% refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will receive a 30% refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will receive a 20% refund.

Cancellations made on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
