. The Jinshan Candlestick Shuangyu SUP/Canoeing experience is limited to individuals aged 9 and above. For safety reasons, minors aged 9-18 must be accompanied by a parent. Unaccompanied children will not be permitted.
. Due to the different paddling speeds of SUP and canoeing, separate groups will be arranged. Only one type of equipment can be used per group. If the number of participants is small, adjustments to SUP or canoeing will be made. This adjustment will be made only after obtaining consent.
. SUP/Canoeing experiences are available for either one person per board/canoe or two persons per board/canoe. The choice is based on individual fitness. Individuals must be 13 years of age or older and in good physical condition to participate in a single-person board/canoeing experience. Experience in marine activities is recommended.
. Children aged 9-12 must share a board or canoe with an adult. The combined weight of two persons per board/canoe must not exceed 150 kg.
Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious illnesses are not suitable for this experience and should not register.
[ Group Information ]
． This activity requires 6 people per group. If the group is unable to proceed due to insufficient numbers, we will notify you at least 3 days in advance to reschedule, retain, or refund the trip.
[ Itinerary Information ]
． This activity is held outdoors on the beach. Changing tents will be provided for changing into clean clothes after the activity.

． For the Jinshan Candlestick Shuangyu SUP/Canoe Experience, if you wish to bring a pet, small or medium-sized dogs are preferred. Please ensure your pet is water-resistant in advance. Only one pet is allowed per board. Pets must provide their own life jackets and care for their pets. Pets without life jackets will not be allowed to participate.
． If the activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has already departed, but guests are unable to join or are absent due to delays, no refunds will be given.

The overall activity schedule is subject to adjustment based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions, with safety and overall quality being the top priority.

In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, please follow the instructions of the instructor and group leader.

If the trip is delayed due to sudden changes in weather, safety concerns, or personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

Because SUPs are less resistant to wind and waves than canoes, if the wind and waves are strong but still within safe limits, participants may switch to canoes with their consent. No refund will be given for this change.

If, upon arrival at the activity site on the day, the on-site instructor determines that sea conditions are adverse or unsuitable for sailing due to safety concerns, the activity will be cancelled. A refund will be made after deducting a NT$100 per person fee for personnel and administrative insurance.
