Cancellations made up to 4 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made up to 1 day (including the 1st day) before the start of the trip will not be refunded.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not be refunded.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
If rescheduling is required due to personal reasons, advance notice is required. One rescheduling is permitted. Refunds will not be accepted after rescheduling.
Rescheduling within one day of the event will not be accepted and will be deemed a cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
