Cuifeng Lake is Taiwan's largest alpine lake, boasting a breathtakingly beautiful and ethereal scenery. A trail circling the lake is surrounded by a mountain trail. Influenced by the northeast monsoon, this trail is shrouded in perpetual mist year-round. The dense, moist forests have replaced the herbaceous ground cover with highly water-retaining peat moss, creating a unique tundra landscape rarely seen in subtropical Taiwan.

On July 18, 2022, World Listening Day, Quiet Parks International, a global non-profit organization, certified the Cuifeng Lake Trail as the world's first "Quiet Trail." Visitors on this trail can experience the "soundscape" through listening, sensing the unique melody of every stone, stream, tree, and even mountain. Through listening, they can contribute to the conservation of this forest.

As the orange-yellow B-Bang car slowly winds its way along the winding mountain slopes toward Maoxing Station, the sound of its bangs echoes throughout the valley! Along the right side of the mountain wall, a variety of wild plants and flowers sway in the wind, such as white clover, dogwood fern, and foxglove. To the left, a vast mountain landscape, dominated by towering cypress trees, is like a painting, complemented by the blue sky and white clouds.
