Sun Moon Lake SUP Experience | One person, one board, 2-hour tour

[Booking Information]
． The 1-hour value tour includes shore instruction and approximately 40-45 minutes of SUP experience. For the full SUP experience, we recommend the 2-hour rafting tour
． This activity is suitable for children aged 3 and above (who can follow the instructor's instructions). Children aged 3 to 7 must share a board with an adult. For all other children, the maximum weight per board is 130 kg.
． Those with heart conditions, asthma, fear of heights, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other medical conditions that may make them unsuitable for outdoor activities should not register. Please ensure that your mental, physical, and physiological fitness are met. Any disclosures will be at your own risk.
[ Group Information ]
This activity is a combined group system. One person can register, and a group of two will form a group. Each group will have one instructor, and there will be no independent tours.
[ Itinerary Information ]
． Please arrive at the venue in advance and change into your attire to avoid affecting your activity time.
． Sunrise tours must coincide with sunrise (tentatively scheduled at 05:00). The actual check-in time will be notified before the activity. Please pay attention to phone or text messages.
． Please follow the instructor's instructions throughout the activity and wear a buoyancy vest at all times.
． This activity is pet-friendly. You can bring your pet along for free. However, please ensure your pet is water-resistant and keep their nails trimmed to avoid scratching the board.
． Pets may bring their own or use the free life jackets provided on site. Please select the number of pets you wish to bring with you when booking to facilitate arrangements.

Locks and hot water restrooms (with hairdryers) are available on site for changing and washing.

The instructor will assist with taking photos of the activity. These photos will be sent to you immediately after the activity. The instructor reserves the right to use these photos for publication on our website, social media, or advertising. Please inform us in advance if uploading is inconvenient; otherwise, it will be deemed your consent to their publication.

Please do not bring personal cameras or 3D electronics into the water unless they are waterproof.

The itinerary is based on the team's arrangements, and the instructor reserves the right to modify the activity details based on actual circumstances.

The instructor will make every effort to ensure a smooth and timely departure, ensuring safety. However, SUP is a water activity, so the activity will proceed in the event of rain. If everyone is in the water after the activity begins and the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, no refunds will be given.
． In the event of force majeure such as typhoons, heavy rain or thunderstorms (based on information released by the Human Resources Administration Bureau or the Meteorological Bureau), if the instructor determines that the tour cannot be carried out, the activity may be postponed or cancelled and a refund will be given.
