The cost includes:
- Instructor's fees
- Teaching assistant fees
- Game design fees
- Level props and design output
- Game and food allowance for each team
- Staff transportation and administrative expenses
- Event insurance
The cost does not include:
- Meals, transportation, and other expenses not specified
- Transportation expenses south of Taoyuan (price quoted separately depending on the activity location)
- Customized planning related expenses
- Any other expenses incurred by the participant or in connection with the itinerary
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 7-13 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.
Cancellations made 0-3 days (including the day of the trip) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 100% handling fee.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be made after deducting any necessary expenses as a handling fee.
Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refunds will be given.
