Travel Notes

This tour is a chartered vehicle tour. A minimum of four people is required. A five- or nine-seater vehicle (maximum 8 people) will be arranged based on the number of participants.

This tour may be adjusted based on factors such as the number of participants, events, or weather. The company will not announce this change.

Please meet on time on the day of the tour. No refunds will be given if a participant is unable to meet up or is separated from the group due to personal reasons.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made up to 3 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 1-2 days before the start of the trip (including the second day) will not be refunded.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
