Travel Notes

1. Due to the varying degrees of risk involved in the itinerary, individuals with chronic health conditions, acrophobia, asthma, or heart disease are advised not to participate.
2. The tour includes only dinner, breakfast, and lunch, which must be provided by the participant. The local cuisine will primarily consist of meat.
3. Please bring your own medication, sun-protective clothing, and water bottles; bottled water will not be provided.
4. Please bring important documents and valuables with you.
5. As the tour primarily involves outdoor activities, we recommend wearing lightweight, sun-protective clothing.
6. In the event of cancellations or changes due to inclement weather or other safety concerns, the primary contact will be notified.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of a trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start of a trip (including the 1st day) will incur a 100% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are non-refundable.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If the participant cancels the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days before the booking date will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made 7-9 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days before the booking date will receive a 40% refund.

Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will receive a 30% refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will receive a 20% refund.

Cancellations made on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
