Taitung Beinan Cultural Experience - Jianhe Tribe Tour, Rattan Weaving, and Flower Garland Lunchbox

At the Jianhe Tribe of the Puyuma people near Taitung City, follow the footsteps of tribal youth and hear the stories of history woven through the alleyways.
- Taste and Smell – Participants will be guided through a traditional glutinous rice flour wrapping of savory minced pork, then cooked over a high fire within a double layer of leaves. This creates the Pinalupuk glutinous rice dumpling, a classic traditional bento for wives.

For lunch, enjoy the Jianhe Tribe's "Tribal Grassland Bento" restaurant. From glutinous rice dumplings embodying the culinary wisdom of Puyuma ancestors to baked products made from jacaranda leaves, the tribe continues to use food as a calling card to convey the cultural imagery of Puyuma.
- See and Touch – Young Jianhe Tribe artisans, inheriting the rattan weaving techniques of their elders, transform the tribe's traditional objects into everyday objects. They explore cross-disciplinary collaborations, presenting their work in diverse forms for the public.
