Travel Notes

※ Regarding the drift ice walk, if the tour is canceled due to bad weather or a lack of drift ice, a ¥6,000 refund will be given.
※For safety reasons, the drift ice walk is open only to those aged 130cm and above and under 74 years old.
※There is no guarantee of seeing drift ice.
※ Regarding the Aurora, if there is no drift ice, a ¥500 refund will be given per person.
※Rooms are available in Japanese-style or Western-style rooms; room types cannot be specified.
※This plan does not include additional passengers. Please move on your own.
※Please provide your reservation name or present your reservation confirmation email when boarding the bus on the day of your trip.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

Round-trip bus fare from Abashiri or Memanbetsu Airport to Shiretoko Utoro Onsen, accommodation, meals (one breakfast, one dinner), local tour fees, and various taxes

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations after booking will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations between 20 and 8 days (including the 20th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations between 7 and 1 day (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation in the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of any postponement or refund.
