Travel Notes

※ Regarding the drift ice walk, if it's not possible due to bad weather or a lack of drift ice, a 6,000 yen refund will be given.
※ Requirements for Drift Ice Walk
・Elementary school age and older, under 74 years old
・Height 130cm - 190cm, weight under 110kg
・Normal athletic ability and the ability to ensure safety on your own
・Understands outdoor activities and can work with a group
※There is no guarantee of seeing drift ice.
※ Regarding the Aurora, if there is no drift ice, a 500 yen refund will be given per person.
※ Rooms are available in Japanese-style or Western-style rooms; room types cannot be specified.
※ This plan does not include additional passengers. Please move on your own.
※Please provide your reservation name or present your reservation confirmation email when boarding the bus on the day of your trip.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 21 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 20-8 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-2 days (including the 2nd day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 40% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund may be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your participation, in which case no payment will be deducted.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
